Begin at a Brooklyn church instrumental in freeing nearly 90,000 slaves before the American Civil War. Then take a boat ride over to Manhattan’s Wall Street, see the original slave market location, and stop at the site of the inauguration of George Washington. Have a look into the churchyard of Trinity, at the grave of the famous West Indian Alexander Hamilton, and end at the African Burial Ground National Monument. Experience beautiful skyline views.
